Joachim Froment is a Belgian designer and artist. He graduated from a Master degree at the Royal College of Art in Product Design. In 2017, he started his career as a designer and project manager for Skibsted Ideation in Copenhagen where he led projects for renowned furniture and transportation companies in Denmark such as Hay, Engelbrecths, Danfoss and Biomega. Joachim won a few design awards such as the Rado Star Design Prize during the London Design Festival in 2017 and the Bolia Design Prize in 2018.

Cédric holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton (UK) as well as a management degree from the UCLouvain (Belgium). He then went on to became an R&D engineer for next generation fiber products at Nokia. Cédric will guide you during your product development steps and ensure deliveries of the highest standards.

Guillaume graduated in Electrical Engineering from UCLouvain (Belgium). He then joined Nokia as an R&D engineer for next generation fiber products at Nokia before joining Dekimo as a hardware engineer in Leuven. Guillaume is our technical lead, guiding the development of your product from definition to production using his wide and precise engineering skills. His knowledge and passion for connected devices is one of our company’s key assets.

Alicia graduated from the instituto Marangoni in Milan (Italy) She worked in communication and branding for a kids wear company after his study. She joined us to manage the marketing and communication department. Alicia is passionate about social networks and astrology.

Juan studied Industrial Design Graduate at Elisava Design School, Barcelona then he did a master in Transport Design at Elisava Design School, Barcelona. Juan is a product designer who tells stories… or a storyteller which comunicates through products. For him, “User” is a clearly overrated word in design. We should talk about “People” more often. He learned that while designing RedDot and IF award-winning products for revolutionary human-based companies such as Closca and Ostrichpillow, which inspire big social changes through daily practices. He currently trying to revolutionize the way we send humanitarian aid with project UNICEF- Humanitaria™.

Julian founded his own design studio in parallel to his studies at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. For several years he helped international clients shape products and build brands in numerous industries. After his return to Belgium, he joined Futurewave and its blooming team. His work is led by emotion and the thrive on developing unique design languages, founded on the user, appealing to all senses and simple in its use.

Quentin graduated as a Mechatronics engineer from UCLouvain in 2018. He started as a design engineer at Safran Aero Boosters where he was developing the next generation cryogenic valves for spacecraft application. Looking for a new thrilling experience, he joined FutureWave as an electromechanical engineer, working on the technical development of the products from idea to industrialization.

Antoine is an Electrical Engineer who graduated from UCLouvain (Belgium) in 2017. He then worked in R&D at Nokia, where he did design, validation and bring-up of System-on-Chip for the next-generation broadband fiber (PON) line-cards. Antoine is working as a firmware engineer at FutureWave, working on the low-level drivers and applications for the embedded electronic parts of the projects.

Clara studied design object & space at ESAD Reims. Then she did a Master in Industrial design at La Cambre Brussels. She do an internship in industrial design at FutureWave, she is working on a new project, she creates lamps and makes many prototypes with the 3D printer. Clara is perfectionist and like cooking.
